Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Trial Period
TUKD offers a 30-day trial period from the date of delivery.
Wear the holster at home, in your car, and on your normal routes. If the fit does not work for your body or setup, contact us for a return or exchange.
What We Accept
Returns accepted if:
- Holster does not fit your specific gun, light, or optic as described
- Comfort issues that cannot be resolved through adjustment
- Manufacturing defects or quality issues
- You ordered the wrong model or configuration
Returns NOT accepted if:
- Holster shows excessive wear, damage, or modification
- More than 30 days have passed since delivery
- Custom or special order items (contact us first)
How to Start a Return
- Email support@tukdconcealment.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a return authorization and instructions
- Ship the holster back in original condition
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned holster.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defect.

Exchanges
If you need a different model, size, or configuration, we will work with you to find the right fit.

Warranty vs. Returns
Manufacturing defects and hardware failures are covered under our lifetime warranty, not the 30-day return policy.
