What's Covered

TUKD Concealment stands behind every holster with a lifetime warranty on shells and hardware under normal use.

Covered under warranty:

• Cracked or broken Kydex shells
• Failed clips or hardware
• Stripped or broken screws
• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

What's Not Covered

Not covered under warranty:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, finish wear)
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or modification
• Damage from extreme heat exposure (left in hot car, etc.)
• Lost or stolen holsters
• Damage from improper adjustment or over-tightening

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Email support@tukdconcealment.com with photos of the issue
2. Include your order number or purchase information
3. Describe what happened and when you noticed the problem
4. We will review and respond within 24-48 hours

If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the holster at no charge.

Warranty Process

Most warranty claims can be resolved with:

• Replacement parts shipped to you (clips, screws, hardware)
• Full holster replacement if shell is damaged
• Repair service if the issue can be fixed

We cover shipping costs for warranty replacements.

Normal Use Definition

Normal use means daily concealed carry with proper adjustment and care:

• Wearing the holster as designed (IWB carry)
• Using appropriate belt and clothing
• Adjusting retention and hardware with proper tools
• Storing in normal temperature conditions

Our Commitment

Every TUKD holster is built in Las Vegas and checked before shipping. If something fails under normal use, we make it right.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
